"I definitely have two favourite "go to" activities when it comes to restoring myself in Kincardine. The first is visiting the exceptional Shakti Rhythm Yoga for some relaxation as well as usually a good sweat all in one! This really resets me on any day (good or bad).

Second favourite thing is to grab a delicious coffee and cookie from The Daily Grind and then walk down to the beach with my little guy. We sit on the big blue chair together and enjoy our treat while watching the waves and the seagulls. If that's not relaxing I don't know what is?!" - Christine
